Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We pack our items in strong cardboard shippers to ensure that your product arrives to you in a satisfactory condition.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight and volume based. Note, of course there may be restrictions placed on some products and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Christmas Delivery Dates

To ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas Day, please refer to the following cut-off dates for your order.

In addition, delivery times may be affected due to restrictions and delivery services delays. We will endeavour to get your package picked, packed and shipped as soon as possible from your order placement.

For 2021, we are recommending the following cut-off dates:

Australia Post (Standard): 5:00pm Friday 14th December 2021

Australia Post (Express) & Sendle: 5:00pm Friday 21st December 2021

Metropolitan Courier Deliveries: 2:00pm Friday 21st December 2021 (CBD, Metropolitan Areas subject to location)

Melbourne Click & Collect: 150 Ferrars Street South Melbourne, VIC 3205 3:00pm Monday 24th December 2021

Note: We can fit approximately 10kg of product into one Shipping Carton.

Returns Policy

Please contact customer service at info@purecosmetica.com as soon as possible and we will strive to help you with any query or change of mind.

As we endeavour to ship your purchase at the first opportunity (and generally within a 48 hour period), it may not be possible to cancel your order and refund your purchase amount once the product has been shipped. If we can pause the shipment, we will be happy to refund your purchase less any bank or transaction charges that have been incurred.

In the case where your purchase has already been sent, we cannot accept a product return without cause or reason.

Our manufacturing quality control in our South Melbourne, Australia facility is extensive and monitored for quality assurance. But we are human and our products are hand-crafted using natural ingredients in batches to ensure product integrity and freshness. Even though our products are produced under a strict quality regime, there is a small chance that something may get through this process and appear as a fault or defect. Minor variations in colour are to be expected as are irregularities in our bottles which are also made in small batches of Italian glass to the highest quality.

Our reputation is important to us so we will take every liberty to assess your claim in the most dignified and speedy way possible. If you think that there is a manufacturing fault or defect that will affect the usefulness of the product or for items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph and we will guide you through the replacement process.

Payments: All prices are inclusive of GST and stated in AUD. Refunds will be made only to the credit card or payment method that was used for purchase. We accept major credit cards.

If you need to return an item, please ensure that you quote your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Thank you.
