How to use a Gua Sha Stone and Face Roller

Experience a relaxing facial massage that stimulates blood flow and promotes lymphatic system circulation using a Gua Sha Stone and Face Roller.
Gua Sha Stones and Face Rollers help with lymphatic drainage by massaging fluids to your lymph nodes. The lymphatic system helps rid the body of excess fluids and toxins out of your system.
The Benefits
Our Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone and Face Roller provide a relaxing facial massage that stimulates blood flow, promotes lymphatic system circulation, boosts collagen production, detoxifies, and over time sculpts and improves overall skin texture.
Together they also assist with the absorption of skincare products into the skin, therefore amplifying the potency and efficacy of the product’s nutritional benefits.
How to Use a Gua Sha Stone
Step 1:
Apply 1 – 2 drops of our Pure Body Luxe Face Oil Serums on each part of face and neck you are massaging.
Add a few more drops of face oil if needed.
Step 2:
Use the Gua Sha in a soft scraping motion, laying it as flat as possible against the skin.
Step 3:
Start by swiping outwards from under the centre of the jawline.
Step 4:
From the jawline, swipe upwards towards the cheekbones.
Step 5:
On your cheekbones, swipe towards the temples.
Step 6:
On the forehead, swipe from the middle towards the temples.
Repeat each motion 3 times, applying light pressure and be extra gentle around eyes.
Repeat daily to help improve overall skin appearance and texture.

Gua Sha Stone vs Face Roller
Both beauty tools provide similar benefits and it comes down to personal preference and time.
A Gua Sha Stone takes more time and it is a good opportunity to unwind, set some ‘me-time’ and focus on sculpting each part of your face, while feeling the facial massage experience release tension deep into the skin.
A Face Roller is quicker and helps reduce puffiness and water retention. It has a cooling effect that leaves your skin feeling refreshed.
